OK, this is getting a little cruel. Three times now we’ve come one game away from cashing in on a huge gamble, and this time it was my hometown Kansas City Royals who scored twice in the ninth inning to blow away my Colorado Rockies pick.
It will only make making money today that much more enjoyable, though. We’re so close, and I hope you’re ready for that first big winner.
We have an action-packed Monday list with 12 games to choose from. I visited the Build-A-Bet workshop and created a wonderful concoction that is sure to fill our pockets with dollars and our hearts with joy.
Using WynnBET Sportsbook Oddslet’s take a look at today’s top MLB Parlay picks and walk out of here with a winner:
Marlins -1.5 (+115) vs Nationals
The Marlins have been falling lately, winning just three of their last 14 games, but today is a perfect place to support them with Sandy Alcantara on the mound against Aaron Sanchez and Washington.
Alcantara is coming off a seven-inning gem against Arizona in which he allowed just two hits and a run. He gave up just one run in six innings against the Nationals last month and sports an impressive 2.74 ERA.
Sanchez, on the other hand, ranks in the top percentile in terms of average speed out and hard hit percentage with a 7.58 ERA. Washington has scored a point or less in three of its last four games and is expected to struggle to score against Alcantara.
Cardinals (+102) vs Mets
There are very few opposing pitchers that Miles Mikolas should be an underdog against. Trevor Williams is not one of them. Mikolas has a 1.18 ERA in his last five starts, including a seven-inning shutout against the Mets, and has allowed more than four hits just once in that span.
Williams ranks in the 20th percentile of expected batting average and has a 6.92 ERA over his past three appearances. He’ll serve as an opener for a bullpen day and although the Cardinals have a quick turnaround after Sunday Night Baseball, Mikolas should be favored here.
Astros vs. Red Sox Under 9.0 (+100)
I am surprised that this total is so high. Jake Odorizzi has allowed just one run in his last three appearances, amassing a 0.52 ERA in the process. And Garrett Whitlock has been fantastic for Boston, compiling a 2.19 ERA while ranking in the 93rd percentile of expected batting average and strikeout percentage.
The under is 18-5-1 in Houston’s last 24 games and 14-6-4 in Boston’s previous 24. I expect those trends to continue behind a great pitching game.
Giants -1.5 (+100) vs Rockies
I detailed that bet in my preview, but the Giants are in great shape to crush Colorado today. They’ve won 10 straight games against the Rockies by at least three runs and have a massive pitching advantage in this one.
Alex Wood has a 2.67 ERA in his last five starts against Colorado and the Giants have won every game. Antonio Senzatela has allowed more hits than any other pitcher in baseball and ranks in the fourth percentile of expected ERA and first percentile of expected batting average. San Francisco gets 11 straight games on the starting line against the Rockies.
The Plus Money Monday Parlay (+1637)
Boom! Four plus-money bets that combine for a net win of +1637. It’s the biggest payout I’ve had on one of them, so it’s only fitting that it’s the one that takes us home.
Feel free to add your own twist to the bet, but be sure to head to WynnBET to lock him up. It’s a wonderful Monday indeed!
