Accel Entertainment announced the completion of its previously announced transaction to acquire Century Gaming, a leading distributed gaming operator in the Western United States, for $164.2 million in cash and stock, including the Century bearing.

Video King gaming systems and Parlay Games announced the certification by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) of their national flagship Class II Tribal Bingo product: Bingo Treasures. New partnerships

Vanta has partnered with the Association for Middle Level Education to become the new official esports platform and partner of AMLE.
