Crypto firm Bitcasino has partnered with professional esports organization Evil Geniuses (EG), marking a one-of-a-kind deal.
The Bitcoin-led casino operator will see its brand featured by a number of EG esports teams, including the Evil Geniuses DOTA 2, Counter-Strike, FGC, and Creator rosters.
Starting with the Blast Premier Fall Showdown 2021, EG players will wear new jerseys with the Bitcasino logo on their right sleeve.
Speaking about the new relationship between organizations, Brian Millman, Director of Corporate Partnerships at Evil Geniuses, said, “Evil Geniuses has always been a pioneer in esports and bringing in a pioneer in its industry like Bitcasino, EG continues our commitment to engage our fans in new and innovative ways.
Owned by the recently renamed Yolo Group, formerly known as Coingaming, Bitcasino was the first casino to introduce Bitcoin for live dealer games.
The company advertises its offering as “a comprehensive, quality casino product with over 2,800 games”.
“We love the passion and forward thinking approach of Evil Geniuses in everything they do,” commented Kaupo Kangro, Director of Bitcasino. “They have been a game changer for over 20 years, which is why they are the perfect partner for Bitcasino.
“They are true pioneers who share our values for a game that is fun, fast and fair. It’s an honor to see the Bitcasino logo on the EG jersey, and we’re excited about the great content we’ll be partnering on for Evil Geniuses fans around the world.
The partnership will also include new CS: GO lineup including a custom-created map in which players can race against the clock to test themselves in mobility obstacles and precision challenges, in a course specially designed for Bitcasino and tested by EG. pro and content creator Tarik Celik.
Fans can also enjoy it by downloading the map through the digital video game distribution service Steam.
